 m\, Wales.\nThis session will explore the transformation of Wales’ NQT in
 duction process from evidence-heavy Professional Learning Experiences to a 
 meaningful classroom enquiry approach. The change aimed to reduce workload\
 , strengthen reflection and focus professional development on pedagogy\, cl
 assroom practice and learner impact. The session will share practical lesso
 ns about leading sustainable change\, including establishing a clear vision
 \, engaging mentors\, providing accessible guidance and evaluating impact. 
 It will highlight how research-informed enquiry can encourage reflection\, 
 professional dialogue\, collaboration\, belonging and ongoing teacher devel
 opment across different educational contexts.\nThe AoEA Keeping in Touch me
 eting is a way for members to listen to guest speakers\, share knowledge\, 
 best practice and have a forum where you can discuss with your peers any ar
 eas of concern or support you require.
