 EduKIT will be hosted by Rebecca Roach\, Adviser for Early Careers and Appr
 opriate Body at Central South Consortium\, Wales.\nThis session will explor
 e the transformation of Wales’ NQT induction process from evidence-heavy 
 Professional Learning Experiences to a meaningful classroom enquiry approac
 h. The change aimed to reduce workload\, strengthen reflection and focus pr
 ofessional development on pedagogy\, classroom practice and learner impact.
  The session will share practical lessons about leading sustainable change\
 , including establishing a clear vision\, engaging mentors\, providing acce
 ssible guidance and evaluating impact. It will highlight how research-infor
 med enquiry can encourage reflection\, professional dialogue\, collaboratio
 n\, belonging and ongoing teacher development across different educational 
 contexts.\nThe AoEA Keeping in Touch meeting is a way for members to listen
  to guest speakers\, share knowledge\, best practice and have a forum where
  you can discuss with your peers any areas of concern or support you requir
