 ol in Swatragh\, Northern Ireland.\nThe session will explore the reintroduc
 tion of Research Lesson Study following a sustained period of ‘action sho
 rt of strike’\, with the aim of strengthening subject leadership and impr
 oving teaching and learning. It will examine the challenges created by chan
 ges in collaborative culture\, staff turnover and the arrival of early care
 er teachers\, and outlines the rationale\, implementation and impact of the
  approach\, including key successes and longer-term outcomes. \nThe AoEA K
 eeping in Touch meeting is a way for members to listen to guest speakers\, 
 share knowledge\, best practice and have a forum where you can discuss with
  your peers any areas of concern or support you require.
