The process is based on clearly defined criteria on the skills and knowledge of the adviser\, school improvement\, governance\, the management of change\, organisational development and quality systems. It provides an opportunity to reflect on\, and showcase individual skills and experience\, receive external affirmation and opportunities for further development. \n  \nShare Great Practice \nJoin a community of over 500 senior leaders in education\, listen to international speakers sharing their expertise\, or accredited associates sharing best practice at our Annual Summit or monthly Educational Keeping-in-Touch meetings.
