Building Personal and Professional Resilience – Sue Williamson

This fantastic talk on individual resilience was delivered by Sue Williamson and a panel of speakers.

Sue Williamson is Chief Executive of the Schools, Students and Teachers Network (SSAT). She is also a Trustee of the National Teaching Awards and Chair of CAM Trust.

Damian Eannetta completed his teacher training at St Mary’s College, Belfast, and took up his first teaching post in North Belfast in 1993. He completed an MSc in Education Management and is currently the Principal of St Mary’s Primary School in Pomeroy, Co Tyrone.

Razia Butt has worked with local authorities providing advice, challenge and support in a range of education settings, including early years to embed systems leadership and peer review, more recently on the implementation of the Prevent Duty within a sound safeguarding and equalities framework.

David Hermitt is an Educational Consultant and former founding CEO of The Learning Alliance. Alongside this he serves as the independent Chair of the School Forum for Cheshire East, as well as Chair of the Diocese of Chester Safeguarding Panel.
