I have worked in the UK for many years as a Head and in several countries internationally. I have worked at National level the the General Teaching Council for Scotland and Education Scotland. I accredit COBIS Leadership programmes and have advised on several international projects. I specialise in leadership and school improvement. I have been Principal in IB and A Level schools, with exceptional attainment.
