Having worked in educational leadership for many years across a number of different schools I see the value in peer to peer support and enjoy working with other school leaders to help drive school improvement in a collaborative and supportive way. I am fortunate to have had many opportunities to work with school leaders in a range of schools to help provide support leading to measurable improvements in a range of areas.
