We were delighted when the Education Minister visited Hazelwood Integrated College in Northern Ireland and presented their Senior Leadership Team with their AoEA Associate Accreditation certificates.
We have over 400 education advisers working towards AoEA Associate or Senior Associate accreditation, and are delighted that Hazelwood Integrated College was one of the first schools in the UK to achieve the standard for their complete leadership team. It highlights their commitment to providing the best experience for their children, as well as a progressive and challenging career for their staff. We wish them every success and look forward to continuing our relationship with their team.
Principal, Maire Thompson said: ‘My team are very proud of their new accredited status. The programme provided an external opportunity to reflect, condense and showcase our contribution to school improvement within Northern Ireland. It has been a valuable opportunity to receive external affirmation and feedback, whilst also signposting opportunities for further development.’
