Angela has 17 years‘ experience in school leadership roles and has been Headteacher in 4 different schools in Oldham. All the schools have had differing numbers of EAL pupils and social deprivation levels.

Angela is currently working as a School Improvement Partner for a number of schools within Oldham as well as being the recent Principal of a Primary Academy within Focus Trust. She has also supported the work of the School Improvement Team within the Trust, which covers a number of Local Authorities. She supports a number of governing bodies with headteacher appraisal.

Angela has experience of guiding 2 schools through the academisation process and collaborative working. She has experience of Peer Assessment to support school improvement.
Angela is a school governor, an LLE, a Pupil Premium Reviewer and an accredited member of the Institute of Education Advisors.
