I bring experience as an Executive Headteacher where I took significant responsibility for the development of the joint primary / secondary setting: new build and new leadership structures including at governance level. I have subsequently worked as a SIP in secondary and SEMH Special schools where my approach is one of coaching / mentoring to support leadership teams in their own development as well as that of their school. I am a member of the development and delivery group for the AoEA Accreditation and chair the EduKITs.
