I have over 20 years experience in the fields of educational partnerships, risk analysis, change management and organisational / professional self-evaluation for school improvement. I have particular focus on working with senior leaders in evaluating and developing the effectiveness of their organisations and creating meaningful strategies for change.

I currently work with a number of bodies including the Institute for Apprenticeships ITT Trailblazer Group, the Development Group for the Association of Education Advisors, the National Audit and Risk Chairs Forum, the Advisory Boards for several Teaching School Hubs. I am also a Non-Executive Director of Delta Academies Trust and an Emeritus Fellow (SIoE) at the Sheffield Institute of Education. I previously led the SIoE’s engagement with major national education workforce projects which involved extensive experience of consulting to HEIs, schools, Local Authorities and MATs, often involving influencing / advising DfE and other major stakeholders on policy and policy implementation.
