Eammon’s leadership experience is in full range urban multicultural comprehensive schools. He is Director at Yearwood Education and Eteach Education Advisers.

In 2017, the AoEA presented at the Schools and Academies Show and at this early stage in his advisory career, he found the opportunity to become accredited particularly attractive.

With his business partner at Yearwood Education, Tony Markowski, they undertook training to be AoEA Associates and successfully became accredited. Subsequently, both have progressed to become AoEA Senior Associates.

Eamonn is a member of our AoEA Development Team and says “It has been an honour to be part our exponential growth. I have learnt much in this time”.

As an AoEA Technical Assessor Eamonn assesses, selects, and recommends prospective advisers.

As an AoEA Trainer, he has been part of a highly effective team supporting the next generation of school advisers.

Most recently, following further accreditation through the Association of Executive Coaches and the Metanoia Institute for Therapeutic Counselling, Eamonn has been training advisers and leaders in a coaching and mentoring approach.
