As an AoEA Technical Assessor Eamonn assesses, selects, and recommends prospective advisers.
As an AoEA Trainer, he has been part of a highly effective team supporting the next generation of school advisers.
Most recently, following further accreditation through the Association of Executive Coaches and the Metanoia Institute for Therapeutic Counselling, Eamonn has been training advisers and leaders in a coaching and mentoring approach.
