Lee Owston delivered an excellent talk about school inspections and their role in enabling schools improvement.
Lee Owston is HMI Deputy Director for Cross-Remit Education with Ofsted. He is responsible for leading the Flexible Policy Team and is highly involved with the development of the new Area SEND inspection framework and the ECF/NPQ inspection framework (Early Career Framework, National Professional Qualifications).
