EduKIT sessions are a core part of the AoEA’s ongoing professional learning offer — created to keep education professionals, consultants, and senior leaders informed, engaged, and connected. Held monthly online, EduKITs provide a dedicated space to explore timely topics, share expertise, and learn from others across the sector.
Whether you’re supporting a single school or advising across multiple trusts or regions, EduKIT sessions ensure you remain connected to the latest thinking in our six key areas of accrediation criteria.
All EduKIT sessions are over. Please check back for when we announce next term sessions.
Short for Education Keeping In Touch, EduKIT is a live, interactive series of professional learning conversations. Each session features an expert guest speaker addressing a key issue facing education professionals today — followed by open Q&A, discussion and practical takeaways.
Timely and Relevant: Each session addresses a live issue or emerging challenge in the education sector — from policy developments to leadership practice.
Expert-Led: Sessions are led by senior AoEA members, headteachers, CEOs, inspectors, and national education figures.
Interactive: Participants are encouraged to engage, share experiences, and ask questions — making each session a rich, professional learning exchange.
Continuity: EduKITs support continuous learning throughout the year, keeping advisers sharp, up-to-date, and reflective in their practice.
Accessible: Delivered online and recorded, sessions can be accessed anytime by AoEA members through the AoEA Hub.
