Stronger Schools, Brighter Futures: Responding to Change and Shaping the Future of Education in the North East
What could be stronger for children if we worked differently, together?
Join us for Stronger Schools, Brighter Futures, a day of connection, inspiration and shared
learning focused on responding to change and shaping the future of education across the
North East.
Bringing together people who work with and for children and communities, this conference
is an opportunity to share experiences, explore fresh perspectives and discover what we
can achieve when we work together. Through thoughtful conversations, powerful stories and
practical ideas, we’ll explore how we can create more inclusive, compassionate and hopeful
futures for children and young people.
Hear from opening keynote speaker Professor Mick Waters on Stronger Together: What
Education Needs from Us Now, and join conversations exploring children’s and families’
experiences of inclusion and belonging, leading with honesty and compassion through
uncertainty, and turning shared ideas into meaningful action. The day will close with a
reflection from Richard O’Neill MBE, founder of Richard O’Neill Storytelling.
Whether you lead, teach, support or champion children and families, come ready to connect,
reflect and leave inspired to take your next step towards positive change.
