I am an experienced English teacher and middle leader of over ten years, and have over three years’ regional advisory experience of teaching and learning at department and whole-school level. I have worked with schools in category to develop teaching capacity and expertise, and have written and delivered numerous successful professional learning programmes and resources on regional priority aspects of teaching and learning. I pride myself on a personable and practical approach to all my work, and can work at a whole school or single practitioner level to coach and mentor in pedagogical development.
