Description of Organisation (150 words max): Zen Educate is an ethical staffing and software provider, offering technology solutions that helps schools book quality teaching staff, save money and stay compliant so they can focus on what matters most – improving education.
Currently supporting over 1300 schools and trusts across England and Wales, Zen is estimated to have saved the education sector over £27m in needless agency fees through the utilisation of technology, including providing schools with an online platform giving them complete control over their day-to-day and long-term recruitment processes.
Alongside this, Zen provides a range of software solutions across the HR and information systems space, including SCR and vetting management, job applicant tracking, training/CPD provision and employee onboarding.
