We are pleased to publish the Association of Education Advisers Annual Report for 2024–2025, reflecting a year of sustained growth, professional impact, and renewed focus on quality across the education system.
This year’s report highlights the continued strength of our accreditation programme, which remains the cornerstone of the AoEA’s work. Over 600 advisers are now engaged in the accreditation process, with more than 450 fully accredited associates and a growing community of senior associates. The breadth of evidence captured through nearly 1,000 case studies provides a powerful insight into how accredited advisers are supporting leadership, governance, curriculum development, and system improvement across diverse contexts.
The report also captures the expansion of our professional learning ecosystem. From EduKITs and Independent Learning Modules to the AoEA Hub and The Education Adviser book series, our work continues to be shaped by reflective practice, evidence-informed dialogue, and collaboration. Membership engagement and digital reach have strengthened further, supporting a vibrant and connected professional community.
We invite members, partners, and the wider education community to explore the report below and reflect on the collective impact of the AoEA community over the past year.
