EduKIT: Building Adaptive Capacity: A Model for Improving Literacy Provision Across Clusters

Emma Jackson-Phillips, English and Literacy Adviser at the Central South Consortium, was tasked with driving sustainable literacy improvement across schools in her region. Discover how the Adaptive Capacity Model and Kirkpatrick Model were applied to transform literacy provision across school clusters. Emma will showcase how professional learning, collaborative design, and robust evaluation frameworks can raise standards and sustain progress. Drawing on proven regional practice from the Central South Consortium, Emma will demonstrate how systematic model application builds collective efficacy and embeds evidence-informed teaching across diverse school contexts.
