About the Presentation

Squaring up to leadership challenges and people politics to strengthen accountability at all levels

How do you get governors to work well together and truly hold schools to account? Advising to enable and influence ethical and high-quality governance can be a complex endeavour. Intertwined relationships are impacted by compliance, organisational dynamics and various convergent constraints. Attendees will get insight into the toolkit employed and insights behind the advisory approach.
