Gurdeep has over 15 years of experience in operations management across the private and public sectors. She excels at building strategic relationships and implementing governance frameworks. As a consultant, she supported small voluntary organisations with financial and legal responsibilities, staff training, and board meetings.

In 2020, Gurdeep joined the AoEA, leading the transition of accreditation and training services online during the pandemic, expanding the register of accredited associates, and enhancing education advice quality. Promoted in 2024 as Managing Director, Gurdeep oversees the operations team, collaborates on strategic initiatives, drives business development, builds client and partner relationships, ensures governance and compliance, manages financial planning, and leads innovation efforts. Her leadership continues to advance AoEA's mission, impacting education advice and support.
