Gurdeep has worked in operations management for a number of private and public sector organisations over the last 15 years. Her strengths lie in building relationships to achieve organisational objectives and implementing good governance. She was also self-employed for 3 years where she supported small voluntary organisations with their financial and legal responsibilities, training staff, and supporting board members and meetings.

Gurdeep joined the AoEA as Operations Manager at the start of the pandemic in 2020 to support their vision of moving the accreditation and training services online to build our register of Accredited Associates and raise the quality of education advice to schools throughout the UK and abroad.

Responsibilities include managing the operations team, supporting the Board and Development Team, business development, building effective client and partner relationships, and operational and legal responsibilities.
