Megan began to work for the AoEA in 2024 after she graduated from Northumbria University with a Masters degree in English Literature, after completing an undergraduate degree in English Literature and History. Megan joined the AoEA to administer their Accreditation programmes.

She helps organise and co-ordinate the applications, references, professional discussions, accreditation seminars, portfolios and vivas for our AoEA candidates. She works alongside members of the AoEA Development Team to ensure the accreditation process is ran smoothly. Further, Megan supports our professional learning courses to make sure participants enjoy the courses to their fullest potential.
