As an experienced educator, researcher, and executive coach, Matt is committed to uniting education through the development of every individual within it. His recent book, Reinventing Education: Beyond the Knowledge Economy, explores the hidden elements of change and offers a framework to help navigate education’s uncertain future.
Since founding the Glass House Leadership Lab, Matt has intentionally applied coaching, training, and team facilitation—both locally and internationally—to research the barriers preventing education stakeholders from taking the bold steps forward we all know are needed.
Identifying recurring themes, he has acted by partnering with digital assessment, lesson observation, and governance companies and begun to fuse them together around their unity model. Together, they are creating ethical, sustainable, digital tools designed to address the root causes of the complex, systemic challenges facing education—both within and beyond the school gates.
The Glass House’s partnership strategy is grounded in Matt’s belief that human development is the missing piece in the future of the education puzzle.
