Matthew is a Senior Associate with the AoEA, an experienced school leader and improvement professional. He held leadership positions in a broad range of settings across Wales. Currently, Matthew works alongside schools to facilitate improvement during a time of significant reform. Additionally, Matthew regularly leads professional learning for governors across the region. Furthermore, Matthew has supported the development of self-evaluation across the region and provide professional learning and bespoke support in this area. Matthew previously held the digital learning portfolio, contributing to national policy and professional learning.
